  |     |   Alta at K Station Life, Things To Do

There's no better way to socialize than at a paint night, which is why we're excited to bring Wine & Canvas back to Alta for another private event on Thursday, February 25th from 7-10pm! For those of you who didn't attend last time, here's everything you need to know before the big event:

Drinking beer or wine is optional, but encouraged! If you decide to partake, don't forget to bring plastic cups.

2. Everything else is provided

Since all of the painting supplies are included, it's a great way for beginners to try their hand or for hobbyists who don't have enough space for a studio to exercise their creativity.

3. The theme is pre-determined

By the end of the night, you'll leave with your own masterpiece depicting the Chicago Lakefront as shown above.

4. You'll want to wear an apron

Protect your clothing as spills, drips and splatters will happen. If not the paint, then the wine.

5. You must be at least 16 to paint and 21 to drink.

There will be folks of all ages – well, at least over 16. Some of the adults will be there to paint and drink, while others will be there to drink and paint. Whatever your intentions, keep it classy!

6. The class will teach you how to mix colors

The class will teach you how to turn one color into different shades. You'll have six to choose from: Black, blue, green, purple, red and turquoise.

7. You must RSVP in advance

Register now by clicking this link and following the instructions under the Feb. 25th event. The price is $35 and you MUST sign up by Feb. 22nd. We hope to see you there!
